The Company has designed & manufactured wide range of Plastic Moulds for Automotive / Electrical / Consumer components.

The Moulds are designed & manufactured to run high volume production with dimensional stability and defect free moulded parts. The moulds are manufactured to meet customer specs.
Also, the mould is built against the approved design for critical factors like Mould Size / Gate Type & Location / Ejector Type & Marks / Cooling Lines / Insert Witness Marks & The Marking Details of the component.

Also, we conduct mould flow analysis for all the critical & aesthetic parts to analyze Proper Gate Location & Size / Runner Balance / Uniform Filling / Air Trap Locations/ Sink Marks / Weld Lines / Warpage / Tonnage Factor / Cycle Time etc, so that the corrective measures are taken care in the design stage to ensure no difficulties are faced upon mould building to prove the parts.

We build moulds with high grade steels like Stavax ESR/ Eskylose / Orvar supreme, which are vacum hardened to enhance the shelf life of the mould. Also, for bigger parts Pre-hardened steel with 36 HRC is used. The mould housings are with C45 or P20.

The guiding elements are either from Misumi / locally manufactured based on customer needs. The Hot Sprue / Hot Runner Systems are either procured from Mold Masters / Sinventive / Thermoplay as per customer specs. The introductions of Ejector Retraction Sensors / Shot Counters / Inbuilt Water Manifolds are on customer demand.
